Tribe of Avalon

Tribe of Avalon Dark Moon Rituals 2005

To follow the ebb and flow of the moon is to follow the energies of our own bodies and souls and to acknowledge the many faces of the Goddess in Her monthly journey across the skies.

Tribe of Avalon are holding Dark Moon rituals to allow each of us to honour the dark faces of the moon and the Goddess and to release those things that we no longer need, before opening to the energies of the New Moon. Rituals will be held at Stockwell Studios, Annie MacCall Close, Jeffreys Road, Stockwell (close to Stockwell Tube Station). They will begin at 7pm and end around 9.30pm. Doors open 6.30pm. No entry after 7pm.

Tribe of Avalon is an open group which welcomes those following any path or at any level of experience. We meet together to celebrate the cycles in the seasonal Wheel of the Year and to connect to the Ancient Goddesses of the British Isles.

Current dates for Dark Moon rituals are:

Tuesday 5th July 2005
Thursday 4th August 2005
Thursday 1st September 2005
Monday 3rd October 2005
Tuesday 1st November 2005 (Lunar Samhain)
Thursday 1st December 2005

Please bring a veil, hood or mask and a journal and pen to the ritual, together with anything you would like to place on the altar.

These rituals are not suitable for children.

We will be asking for a £5 (£3 unwaged) donation to cover costs.
